Describe the observed issue
Explain the frame, timing, message or visual detail that needs attention. State the intended outcome, rather than asking for vague improvements.
Respect the agreed scope
Use the revision allowance for changes within the agreed brief. Discuss additional deliverables or direction changes as new scope.
Close the loop
